Scammer is using Dr Fernando Gomes Pinto pictures and following and targeting woman on tiktok to scam them with the Romance Scam.
Scammer even posted a "picture of Jamie Redknapp that was taken 2022" and wants be people to send money because he is "sick" (https://www.tiktok.com/@david_williams317/photo/7433795201161907461)
